Penrith is about to get a brand new Indoor Aquatic Centre. Construction of the Nepean Aquatic Centre commenced on 11th June, 2010 and is now well under way. It is scheduled to be completed in March, 2011.
H2O Fitness Pass and Squads / Kids Swim 4 Fitness
H2O Fitness Pass.
To help our customers keep fit with a bit of variety we are please to introduce the H2O Fitness Pass. This pass will give you access to our Aquarobics, Box 4 Fitness and Adult Swim 4 Fitness sessions. The 10 Visit Pass costs $80 (normal casual cost $10 per visit) and is valid for 12 months. Please read the brochures for detailed description of the classes and session times.
Squads and Kids Swim 4 Fitness.
Our competitive squads have now been running successfully at Nepean Aquatic Centre since May. The squads are growing and achieving good results. Recently a team from Nepean Aquatic Centre Swim Club competed at Nationals and achieved PB’s and medals. So if you are looking for somewhere to train and call home then give Jackie a call.
Competitive swimming not what you are after then we have the Kids Swim 4 Fitness which is coached with an emphasis on fitness and fun. Our programs have become very popular and there are a number of sessions to suit your availabilities. Swimmers can still move to the competitive squads a future date if the desire to compete arises.
